PRISMSPAN

PRISMSPAN creator and marketplace questions

How much does it cost to sell on PRISMSPAN?

There is a standard $1.99 one-time activation fee to open your storefront, unless you explicitly claim an available Founding 199 place during seller setup. After activation, we charge $0 monthly, $0 listing fees, and $0 extra seller platform fees. You sell your products and keep 90% of every sale.

How are earnings calculated?

The math is simple: the platform fee is 10% of the sale price, rounded to the nearest cent, and you receive the rest. PRISMSPAN covers payment processing and payout-provider costs from its share. The minimum enabled product price is $0.01; at that price, the rounded platform fee is $0.00 and you receive $0.01.

For example:

  • Sell a product for $10 → You keep $9.
  • Sell a product for $20 → You keep $18.
  • Sell a product for $50 → You keep $45.

Taxes that PRISMSPAN must collect or remit are handled separately. Full or partial refunds reverse the corresponding creator proceeds; provider fees do not separately reduce those proceeds. A connected payout can also be delayed or fail if the payout account is restricted or unavailable.

What is the Founding 199 offer?

The Founding 199 is a limited development-only offer with 199 places. An eligible new independent seller can explicitly claim a place during seller setup to waive only the one-time $1.99 storefront activation fee. Signup alone never consumes a place, and products still require rights review and approval before sale. The permanent 10% platform fee (you keep 90%) is unchanged. If no place is available, the standard $1.99 activation path remains available.

What can I sell?

You can sell original digital products like templates, guides, digital art, courses, and tools. During product creation, you must attest that you have the legal right to sell and distribute the material, whether it is your original work or you have a commercial license to resell it.

How do refunds work?

Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are generally final after download. However, we review exceptions for duplicate charges, materially different products, or fraud.
